Machining

R&S provides a variety of machining capabilities to meet your needs. Our goal is to provide in-house machining assistance for parts which are part of larger fabrications and assemblies. This helps to streamline lead time and reduce cost.

CNC Turning Centers and CNC/NC Machining Centers can be programmed from our Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems or directly at the machine. This insures the accuracy of your parts from design through production.

Our conventional machining includes:

  • Drilling, tapping, boring
  • CNC Milling (vertical and horizontal)
